Yes. Servers are hosted in Europe, in compliance with GDPR. SOPHIA stores no patient data: owner, patient, vet and exam date are only used at export. They never pass through our databases. Your phrase library is saved to your account only, never shared with other users. Every session is individual and protected by authentication.

Yes, and it's a unique feature. From SOPHIA, you can send all or part of your library (tabs, categories, selected phrases) to another SOPHIA user. The recipient gets a notification at their next login, chooses how to integrate the data, and their existing content is never overwritten without their consent. A specialist can equip an entire team in minutes.

It's one of the most valued features among cardiologists and internists. The measurement table auto-imports values from your ultrasound machine (XML file, image or PDF), calculates ratios in real time (LA/Ao, E/A...) and every cardiology phrase pulls the right measurement directly from that table, with no re-entry. Integrated clinical cards recall dog/cat reference values and positioning tips. It's a concrete decision aid, not a dressed-up spreadsheet.
